Sidecar is excited to share that we are offering fresh sourdough bread, as well as other baked goods, for take away and collection. Our baked goods are freshly baked by the famous Sally Clark bakery. Baked using traditional techniques and high quality ingredients Sally Clark channels 36 years of baking into producing delicious baked goods. We offer all the goodness of fresh artisan bread, without the hassle of making it yourself. With a wide selection of baked goods we have something for everyone to indulge on:

We offer a click and collect service via our website, orders need to be placed two days in advance and before 12pm. Any holiday or bank holiday we will keep you informed about any variation on time and dates.

Ingredients:

  • Sidecar Sough Dough
  • New York Pastrami
  • Emmental Cheese
  • Mayo
  • Sauerkraut
  • Sriracha Hot Sauce


Method:

  1. Toast two slices of your sourdough, place your slice under the grill at 180 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
  2. Once the bread is toasted to your taste, flip the bread over and cover one slice with emmental cheese to melt.
  3. Use the over slice to spread your mayo and sriracha sauce.
  4. Finally combined the two slices, filling your toastie with sauerkraut and pastrami.
  5. Enjoy!
